  • What geographic areas do you deliver produce to?
Currently, we are delivering to Napa, Yountville, St Helena, and Calistoga.
  • What days of the week do you deliver?
At this time, we do our deliveries on Friday of each week.
  • Do I have to order every week?
No, you are free to sign up for a 'subscription' where you'll assure weekly delivery. OR if you prefer, you can order each week that you will need produce, by choosing 'one time order' under the box size you choose.
  • Can I customize my weekly subscription box items?
Because we source our produce from local small farms in the area, we are subject to what is seasonal and being harvested by them. We offer a list of 'typical items you'll find in your produce box' each season, with changes made to it as we know what's available. We always recommend that if you want a specific item that you see in the 'a la carte' list, you make sure to place a seperate order from your subscription or one-time produce box, to assure you receive that item.
  • Is there a free pick-up option?
Yes! Free pickup is available at Juniper Station in downtown Napa (1624 Main St.) At checkout, you can select "Free Pickup / Juniper Station". Orders placed by 6pm on Wednesday will be available for pickup between 11am-5pm the following Friday.
  • What if I don't want a particular item in my box?
Our goal is to provide the highest quality, most recently harvested produce available to our customers. But we do realize that some items are not preferred, due to taste, allergies, or any other reason. If this is the case for you, please feel free to write us a note in your order process. Under your choice of Organic or Conventional, you'll see a 'notes (optional)' field, as demonstrated in the image below. Let us know what you don't want, and we'll make sure to accomodate your request.
  • Where do you notify us about new items, or seasonal changes?"
Great question! We send out a weekly email, to all folks on our email list. This lets you know about some upcoming and newly acquired produce that is in season. We offer some ideas for different ways to enjoy them, as well as a bit of info on their value in your kitchen - taste, how to prepare, what they go well with, recipes. We also have a Facebook and Instagram page where you can follow us and be updated, and find additional ideas and information that supports your love of and passion for good food!
  • Do I need to 'Sign Up' or become a 'member'?
If you notice up in the top right header of all pages, there is a 'Log In' next to a person icon. The benefit of setting yourself up with an 'account/member profile' is that you can store your payment info into your account, have your delivery address on file and change if necessary, and keep a record of your order history, so you can refer back to it if necessary. It is not necessary to create a profile in order to place an order, but it does offer some value for your ongoing order and delivery history.
  • What is the order cut-off time for home delivery / pickup?
Order by Wednesday at 6pm for delivery or pick up the following Friday. Deliveries usually arrive between 9am - 3pm
