1 bunch  of Ramps are wild native American leeks.   Foraged in the wilderness East of the Mississippi, ramps have a pronounced onion/garlic flavor.  They are adored by many that live in places they occur as well as chefs in fancy restaurants throughout the world.   Pickled, charred, fermented, fried, chopped and sauteed- They are good in virtually every way you would use an onion or garlic.
